Sweet & Sour meatballs.

For this recipe you will need
Meatballs. You can either make your own,or
buy bagged ones. I usually buy the large
bagged ones from Costco.

3 tbsp of Soy sauce

1 can of chunk pineapple or fresh cut in cubes.

2-3 tbsp Apple cider vinegar or regular vinegar

2 tbsp Corn starch
1/4 to 1/2 cup brown sugar

Put meatballs in crockpot, because the ones I use are frozen I thaw them first and cook them for a few minutes.

Drain the pineapple juice into a pot.
Add the soy sauce, brown sugar and vinegar.

You can play with the amount of brown sugar and vinegar according to your tastes. If you like it a little more sour add
more vinegar.
If you like it more sweet add 1/2 cup of brown sugar instead of 1/4.

Heat this on med to med/high and stir constantly.
Add the cornstarch to water and stir and pour into pot with the sauce.

Heat sauce until thickened.

To the meatballs in the crockpot add the pineapple and green or red peppers chunked.

Pour the sauce over the top and cook in the crockpot for atleast an hour or put in the pot and cook for until heated all the way through.
Serve alone or over rice or noodles,we prefer rice. This is one of Ariel's favorite meals.

                                Enjoy!
